What computers are supported?
We can support Windows 98 computers and anything newer. We also support MAC OS X users. A broadband connection is preferable. We can access your computer over a dialup connection, but it is significantly slower.
How do I get help?
You will have to download a file from the link below and open it. Before you run it, please give us a call so we can enable the connection. Feel free to schedule an online appointment with us using the “Contact Us” link above. This program does not install anything on your computer, and can be safely removed after the session is done.
